Okay, this is the first-ever Mission Architect referral, and I wouldn't give it out unless it was good, and this is.
The mission is called "Mercey Island Stimulus" (hopefully he'll fix the spelling)

This is a villain story for levels 1-54. It is one mission, with one custom boss and Longbow soldiers.
The general story is as follows: hard times are hitting everyone. Paragon City has imposed a new tax and are looking for means to pay for it. Mercy Island has started printing more money to stimulate the economy. Longbow wants it. The IRS has hired YOU to stop them and take the money, and also they want you to stop "Stimulus Spending", the power-mad politician eager to spend that money.
The Reverend NeoCon handled this mission and he reports that he was able to accomplish this relatively easily with the help of his loyal followers. He also said that the banter from the boss on how his spent-happy ways during the battle made it enjoyable, especially when his NeoCon followers took him down. Definitely a good mission to get used to MA play.

Reverend Neo-Con: Palin Visit Cost RI
Reverend Neo-Con Says GOP Visit Cost Race
– article by Paragon Pundit
Normally a visit from a presidential candidate or their running mate would help voter support. But one neo-conservative said that a recent visit by the GOP Vice-Presidential candidate may have cost their party the White House.
Neo-conservative commentator F. Sean Rush, otherwise known on the airwaves as the Reverend Neo-Con, said that a recent appearance by Alaska’s Governor and GOP running mate Sarah Palin in the Rogue Isles actually served as a detriment to supporters.
“There is no doubt in my mind that Governor Palin’s visit cost the GOP a victory in Rhode Island,” said the controversial talk show host. “She didn’t have to be in the Rogue Isles. She should have instead been in Paragon City helping to secure the vote for her party.”
Governor Palin was spotted in Cap Au Diable just three days prior to elections, and while campaign officials refused to publicly disclose why she was in the Rogue Isles, sources close to the campaign said that Palin was trying to appeal to the untold hundreds of US citizens exiled to the island to encourage them to either return to the United States to vote, or to vote through absentee ballot.
Reverend Neo-Con, a self-exiled US citizen, says that Palin’s visit came too late to help her party.
“You don’t show up just a week before the election and tell my fellow exiles that they need to make arrangements for absentee ballots or to find some why to go back to the United States to vote. This is something that you do in September, like the Democrats did, or early October. Not a week before the election.”
The reverend referred to the visit to Paragon City by Senator Barack Obama on September 8th as an example of how to handle an unscheduled event. The Democratic presidential candidate spent much of his time in Atlas Park handing out free health power to everyone in attendance as part of support for universal health care, resulting in a five-percent increase in voter support for the city according to polls.
Derek Amberson, a strategist for Enhanced Logistics for Insight and Tactical Excellence (ELITE) in Galaxy City, says that the kind of coordination needed to bring exiled voters over from the Rogue Isles would take weeks if not months.
“The system that has been set up by criminal operations like Arachnos to bring people over to Paragon City can only handle a small group of people. We’re talking eight or ten at most, not counting support staff. To bring in any more could be seen and treated as a foreign invasion, and that’s not the kind of confrontation that the Rogue Isles can afford to make; and certainly not just to get people over so they can vote.”
Amberson added that those voters that are in exile, such as Reverend Neo-Con, would not want to return to the United States just to vote.
“Bear in mind that many of the people living in exile in the Rogue Isles are there for a reason. Some of them have been indicted or are facing indictment for various crimes. Others are convicted felons that have escaped prison, and as such cannot vote even if they wanted to. I don’t see them risking everything just to vote in an election, especially since they already risked everything just to get out of the country.”
Rhode Island voters overwhelmingly supported President-Elect Obama on Election Day over Senator John McCain by a margin of over thirty percent. Paragon City officials believe that support was even stronger for the president-elect following reports of Governor Palin’s visit to the Rogue Isles.

A Winter Message from Reverend NeoCon
(The following message was delivered to the Chronicler by private courier.)
Good morning and Merry Christmas all you true receivers all across the fruity lands! It is I, your minister of truthiness and deacon of decency, the Reverend NeoCon himself, F. Sean Rush.
Before I dispense with the good news and get all of my loyal and dedicated fans up to speed with your favorite talk show icon, there are a few rumors that I must first dispel.
First, contrary to the rumors being generated by the godless liberalistas in the media, I was NOT killed, nor was I ever sent to prison. In fact, I can assure you that my record has been spotless since the day I was born! I have NEVER been convicted of ANY kind of crime, and you will never see “jailbird” attached to my name ever!
Quite the contrary, my friends, I had been given a RARE and last-minute opportunity to bring my message across to the Rogue Isles as a goodwill ambassador for all of the frustrated neocon believers yearning for truthiness and justice for all. Unfortunately, time was not on my side, so I DO apologize for not telling my true receivers what was going on. My transportation to the Rogue Isles had to be done in secret and without so much as a moment’s notice so the liberalistas and their corrupt friends in the government would not try to stop me. You know how those liberalistas are always trying to stop me from spreading my sermon of truthiness.
My crusade has been some what successful so far. I’ve been busy building a new ministry of decency and moral values here, and I am gaining followers right and left! At some point soon I will be able to secure a broadcast facility and once again bring you a status report of all the things we’ve been doing here.
The good news is that I managed to meet with some very influential people during my journey. The good people at The Faction for a Better Tomorrow have been really helpful in getting my message across and helping me build my ministry of truthiness and all good neocon things.
And I am pleased to announce that I have just secured an endorsement from Father Time himself! Yes, it turns out that the man with time literally on his hands has been a longtime listener of my show and had personally asked ME to help him save Baby New Year from those rabid liberalista monsters. In addition to his endless thanks, he has given me some newfound powers as well… powers which he said would be needed to fight the evil liberalistas.
So be true to yourselves, my loyal neocon receivers, and do not despair, for I have not left you! My message is still going strong and it can only get stronger.
Oh, and by the way, those things you’ve been hearing about me about dark magics? Those are just more liberalista lies. I don’t have any “dark powers”, nor do I suck the life out of people. Those are just the liberalistas trying to explain why their lies don’t hold up against the beacon of truth that is me, F-Sean-bo.
